With a large opening library and typically 30-50 new tracks per month depending on site style, promedia ams has been designed for sites where music is considered a critical component of the retail offer.
promedia ams is adept at operating completely hands-free, or if you prefer, it can be configured to be interactive and allow DJ or site staff access. This level of authorisation allows your chosen music ‘champions’ to access all of the audio content held on the system and from an on-screen DJ console, create and save their own play-lists - ideal for responding to unexpected busy or quiet trading periods.
In addition to the DJ interface, pre-written music environments can be loaded onto the promedia ams and be called up whenever required by the site staff. Please note that the DJ interface and environment options require a screen, keyboard and mouse, all of which are chargeable.
Ideally schedule changes, profile tweaks, software updates and diagnostics are carried out by a dedicated phone line (voice not data), network or internet. This allows our programming and service teams to ensure that your system always delivers the right music at the right time. promedia ams can also work ‘stand alone’ where this level of communication is not deemed to be necessary.
